Ondo High Court Strikes out Motion Seeking the Disqualification Of Ondo State Deputy Governor,Hon Agboola Ajayi

A motion exparte seeking the disqualification of the Ondo State Deputy Governor, Agboola Ajayi from participating in the People's Democratic Party's (PDP) primary election suffers a dilapidating setback on Tuesday as Justice Bode Adegbengbe struck out the motion exparte for lacking in merit. 

A member of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) Konstante Olopele had in the suit filed by Akpofiwei Anthony Macleans of AMAC Solicitors, asked the State High Court sitting in Akure to disqualify the Deputy Governor on frivolous grounds.
