Gov.Bagudu Rejoices With Former Executive Secretary Of Human Rights Commission Over His Daughter's Wedding.

Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi state has rejoiced with former Executive Secretary Human Rights Commission, Barrister Buhari Bello on the wedding fatiha of his daughter Dr. Kalthum Buhari Bello and her groom Adnan Auwalu Auwal.

The wedding which took place at the family residence, Kofa-Sabuwa Birnin Kebbi attracted one hundred thousand naira dowry and solemnized by the Chief Imam of Wala Juma’at Mosque Birnin Kebbi Sheikh Ahmad Rufa’i.

Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu was represented by the Deputy Governor of the State Rtd. Colonel Sama’ila Yombe Dabai in company of Chief of Staff Government House, Birnin Kebbi Alhaji Sulaiman Mohammed Argungu and Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Babale Umar Yauri.

The Governor of Sokoto State Rt. Hon. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal gave out the hand of marriage of the bride as Wali on behalf of her parents, while Alhaji Akilu Sani Indabawa who stood in as Wakil to the groom, accepted the offer.

On the delegation of the groom were his father Dr. Auwalu Auwal and former Chairman Education Committee House of Representatives, Hon. Faruk Lawal while the Corp Marshall of Federal Road Safety Commission Dr. Gbogboyo Oyeyemi led a high powered delegation to the wedding comprising of top officers of the corps.

The wedding was attended by Executive Secretary Nigeria Shippers Council Hassan Bello, former Comptroller General of Customs Abubakar Malam Shettiman Gwandu, traditional rulers from Sokoto, Zamfara and Kebbi states as well as top government functionaries from federal, state and local governments including the political class.

Barrister Buhari Bello is at present the Chairman Federal Road Safety Commission and former Executive Secretary Nigeria Human Rights Commission Abuja.
