Why Govt Should Empowers Kubwa Butchers- Alh Umar

The Seriki and leader of Butchers Union Kubwa Branch, Alh Umar Sule Seriki has given reasons why Federal Capital Territory (FCT) authority should empowers butchers who are contributing their little quota to the economy of the country's capital.

Alh Umar stated this while chatting with newsmen today in kubwa Abattoir, saying kubwa Abattoir is the most well organized one considering the over fifty graduates trading as butchers in the area.

He appealed to the government to assist the young graduates who joined butchering business due to unemployment in the country. 

The seriki commended the management of FCT for ensuring that all abattoirs in the Nigeria's capital maintain good sanitation and highly hygienic.

" Before we slaughter any cow, government authority under the Ministry of Agriculture ensure that Veterinary Doctors inspect the cow and confirm it satisfactory for consumption before we start selling to the public".

"To ensure discipline and good etiquette among old and new members, any erring members are sanction in accordance with the gravity of their offence. " We are one happy family and always come to the aids of any member that need assistance".

He reassured all their customers that the kubwa abattoir will continue to give the best service to them at all times.
