PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC PARTY OGOJA/IYIALA FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY SETS TO CONDUCT THEIR PRIMARY ELECTION

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) Ogoja/Iyiala federal constituency of Cross River State  started the delegates screening early hour of today 3rd february 2022 at Igoli police Area command, Ogoja Cross River state.

Senator Jarigbe Agom who is a Senator representing  Cross River  North federal constituency and the Leader of the PDP party address the party members and delegates to conduct themselves in a peaceful manner so that the primary election process of their party will go smoothly and also pleaded to Nigerian Police force and other security Agencies to make sure that his people are being secured and election is free fair and credible.Sen. Jarigbe said.

Now the news in details,after much haussle at the election ground,some of the PDP youth both in Ogoja and Iyiala federal constituency agitated that all the party ward  chairman should line up to identitying all the delegates before the election begin which Senator Jarigbe adopted and approve for free election process and the PDP national electoral committee from wadata house national headquarter of PDP address all the party and promise that the election process will be transparent.

The Chairman of the Electoral committee PDP primary Ogoja/iyiala federal contituency Barr.Hassan Yakubu also said that the committee are not here in favour of anybody or candidate but in favour of their political party which the election was conducted in a peaceful manner.

Hon Mike who won the election thank all the delegates who voted  for him from  ogoja/iyala federal constituency and also thanked all the party leaders most especially senator jarigbe agom for his support and all other national party leaders including the national electoral committee  of peoples democratic party for conducting peaceful and trasparent election,hon Mike said that ogoja is known for PDP thereby he urges all the people that contest with him to come together so that they can lift the party to greater height.

In his victory remarks,honourable Mike said that his expectation are so enormous because the Senator that supported me has done a lot to the people of Ogoji and by the grace of God I won,what we have done so far is by God grace.

Talking about infrastructure, water,Electricity,roads extended to influence and I see myself putting on a very large shoe and i pray God will help me to fulfill all.
