ADELE ADDED ANOTHER FEATHER OF EXCELLENCE

Citizens' Rights and Leadership Awareness Initiative  conferred Living Hero in Leadership Award and best Chairman of the year to Hon.Adele Elijah Owolabi, Chairman of Apapa Local Government  in his office, at the Council Secretariat.Apapa.

           The President, Team Living Hero Award and Country Home,Ambassador Oladipo Musibau a.k.a Aberuagba said that the award is intended to restore dignity of Labor, integrity,merit, patriotism and motivate Nigerians in both Public and Private lives.

        In his address "the awardee is a patriotic Nigerian, an achiever,an ambassador of peace and leader per excellence who has contributed immensely to the well-being of mankind and also taking everybody along, it has been said that a Golden Fish has no hidden place and that is the person of Hon.Adele Elijah Owolabi, Chairman Apapa Local Government, Lagos state. You will all agree with me that his administrative acumen, leadership style, operational sagacity, selfless service to humanity, courage and commitment to welfare of the people of Apapa Local Government is second to none" he said.

       Human Resources Officer, Barr.Ayoko Gboyega Paul appreciated the Chairman for being first Council Chairman to organise Sensitisation training on Nigerian Financial Intelligence unit (NFIU).He invited some Local Government Chairmen and other government functionaries to keep them abreast with the new financial regulations. Quite apart from this, he always like to take initiatives and think outside the box that will have impact on the lives of his people.

         The APC Chairman, Mr Taiwo Adeleye said  that Hon.Adele is very accommodating and always already to tolerate party members at all time despite his tight schedules.

       The Leader of the House, Hon.Olukunle Taiwo stated that he admires his fatherly care.

    Hon. Adele responded by saying that he always dedicate all awards gotten to Almighty God and will not relent in ensuring that he takes every necessary action that will add value to the good people of Apapa to enjoy the dividends of democracy.
