OKI KINGDOM CELEBRATES ISESE DAY

An annual event with a very  rich Traditional heritage. 

It was a very colourful and memorable event as the Baale of OKI Kingdom in a very exiating mood observed in grand style the Traditional festival of the kingdom as a legacy of the people which according to him is as old as the origin of the kingdom dated back to over a century years. 

The Baale liken the Isese festival to a religion of his ancestor, Ogun, sango and others traditions religion been practice and esteem in  Lagos by the people.

He deepen his submission on the significances of the Occasion to the people way of life which is a way of seeking for the favour of a superior deity for blessing and fruitfulness in the Kingdom, to bestowed prosperity upon the sons and daughters of the land.

He commended the desire and cooperation of his people in making the day a befiting one .

Further on the need for realization of the kingdom goal in the future, the Baale thank the Executive Governor of Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwolu  for his great love for him and the Kingdom, hoping that in the future to come the Oki Kingdom will be fully upgraded to a stature of Higher Tradition rank. And that will intimately l attract development to the Kingdom.
