KANO LG POLL:APC Chairman Commends Transparency of KANSIEC,Saying Party's Victory is Certain

The Kano State Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Hon Abdullahi Abass has commended the transparency and openness of the Kano State Independent Electoral Commission (KASIEC) in its conduct in the just concluded Local Government election in the state. 

He stated this while feeding questions from Odduduwa Watch on the conduct of the election. 

Hon Abdullahi said the arrangement of the electoral body for a successful poll needs commendation, saying all the political parties that participated in the poll were satisfied. 

The Chairman said he was impressed with the turnout of the voters that came out in large number to exercise their franchise. 

" With the massive turnout, the ruling party in the state, APC will no doubt win all the 44 Local Government Area Councils".

  He further said the election was peaceful with no record of violence recorded, thanking the voters for their peaceful conduct before and during the voting period. 

In his words, " Kano is APC state; we are winning the elections overwhelmingly. The track records of APC led administration under the leadership of Governor Abdullahi Ganduje will definitely coast our candidates to victory".

He warned against violence after the declaration of winners, saying the progress of Kano should be paramount to any progressive minded politicians in the state.
